THE HAT ADULT RESIDENT COMPANY A Training program for the Triple Threat Experience
After the success of our second summer HATCH program and the rental of a new rehearsal/education space, the HAT is excited to offer a new Fall Edition of the annual Resident Company program with a special tier specifically designed for Adults 18 and older looking to expand their experience in musical theatre. This 10 week course will be focused on games, skill building, and a professional but low pressure environment to hone their craft in singing, acting, and dance.
Over 10 weeks, participants will receive professional training from regular HAT collaborators under the supervision of Artistic & Executive Director, Wesley J. Colford
Music will be taught by Suzanne Doane (HATCH, See Jane Run), Acting by Alex Poirier (Tough Call, The Drowsy Chaperone), and Dance Performance will be taught by Kiersten Penny (Northside Dance, Cape Breton School of the Arts)
Class times for the Adult Division will run on Wednesday evenings from 6:00 to 8:00PM starting October 9th, 2019 and running for 10 consecutive weeks to December 11th.
