A Performance Based Training Program for the Triple Threat Experience in Acting, Singing, and Dancing.

Does your child want to be on the stage? Do they love to sing and dance and act and always want to show off their talent? Join us for this semester’s JR Resident Company where we will spend our time rehearsing a musical number for the Highland Arts Theatre’s November Mainstage production of All Together Now as well as learning new skills, playing games, and working together as a team.

Please Note: This is a performance-based class. This means that participants in this class will be involved in the Highland Arts Theatre’s November Mainstage production of All Together Now and must be available for the dates: Nov. 12th to 15th. If you are interested in a skills based class with no performance, please consider our JR Triple Threat Skills class.

Over 8 weeks, participants will receive professional training from regular HAT collaborators under the supervision of Education Coordinator, Rachael Murphy. Music will be taught by Suzanne Doane (See Jane Run, The Wakowski Brothers), Dance will be taught by Cynthia Vokey (Disco Nights, The Drowsy Chaperone), and Acting by Rachael Murphy (Alice in Wonderland, See Jane Run, As You Like It).

JR Resident Company will run on Wednesday evenings from 4:00 to 6:00PM starting September 29th, 2021 and running for 8 consecutive weeks.

If necessary, a make-up class will be scheduled during regular class time the week of November 22nd.

Registration is accepted on a "first come, first served" pending payment of Registration Fee.
