High School Resident Company

A Performance Based Training Program for the Triple Threat Experience in Acting, Singing, and Dancing.

Do you want to be on the stage? Do you love to sing and dance and act and want to show off your talent? Join us for this semester’s High School Resident Company where we will spend our time rehearsing a musical number for the Highland Arts Theatre’s November Mainstage production of All Together Now as well as learning new skills, playing games, and working together as a team.

Please Note: This is a performance based class. This means that participants in this class will be involved in the Highland Arts Theatre’s November Mainstage production of All Together Now and must be available for the dates: Nov. 12th to 15th. If you are interested in a skills based class with no performance, please consider our High School Triple Threat Skills class.

Over 8 weeks, participants will receive professional training from regular HAT collaborators under the supervision of Education Coordinator, Rachael Murphy. Music will be taught by Ashley Buckingham (Little Shop of Horrors, As You Like It), and Acting by Wesley J Colford (The Sea Shanty Show, Here Comes the Sun).

High School Resident Company will run on Thursday evenings from 6:15 to 8:15PM starting September 30th, 2021 and running for 8 consecutive weeks.

If necessary, a make-up class will be scheduled during regular class time the week of November 22nd.

Registration is accepted on a "first come, first served" pending payment of Registration Fee.

Early Bird Registration Fee: $110 (+HST) (Early Bird Registration ends August 31st) Registration Fee: $140 (+HST)
