JR Sings with Ashley Buckingham

Do you love to sing? Our group vocal class for youth might just be for you! Ashley will guide you through learning new songs, singing together as a group, and discovering the magic of harmonizing. Join us this semester for JR Sings and find your voice.

For children and teens between the ages of 10 and 16.

JR Sings will run on Monday evenings from 4:00 to 5:30PM starting September 27th, 2021 and running for 8 consecutive weeks.

If necessary, a make-up class will be scheduled during regular class time the week of November 22nd.

Registration is accepted on a "first come, first served" pending payment of Registration Fee.

Early Bird Registration Fee: $96 (+HST) (Early Bird Registration ends August 31st) Regular Registration Fee: $126 (+HST)

Born and Raised in Cape Breton, Nova Scotia, Ashley has built a career as a well-known local performer across the Island, including regular appearances at some of CB's most prestigious venues and events, such as The Savoy Theatre, Highland Arts Theatre, Louisbourg Playhouse, Membertou Trade And Convention Centre, and more. When the Covid 19 pandemic rocked the foundations of Live performance, Ashley made the decision to take action and transitioned her performance experience and training as a classical vocalist, launching a new local business 'Ashley Buckingham Vocal Instruction'. She is currently Working in Partnership with Long&McQuade Music Lesson Centre, offering one on one private instruction, as well as currently teaching a Youth Music Class Program at the renowned Highland Arts Theatre in Sydney.
