A Performance Based Training Program for the Triple Threat Experience in Acting, Singing, and Dancing.

Do you want to be on the stage? Do you love to sing and dance and act and want to show off your talent? Join us for this semester’s Adult Resident Company where we will spend our time rehearsing a musical number for The Story of Tonight: A HAT Academy Showcase as well as learning new skills, playing games, and working together as a team. You might like this class if you’ve taken: Adult Sings, Improvisation for Adults, or Acting for Adults.

Please Note: This is a performance based class. This means that participants in this class will be involved in The Story of Tonight: A HAT Academy Showcase. If you are interested in a skills based class with no performance, please consider our Adult Sings, Improv for Adults, Acting for Adults, or Sing and Explore Reading Music class.

Over 8 weeks, participants will receive professional training from regular HAT collaborators under the supervision of Education Director, Rachael Murphy. Music will be taught by Ashley Buckingham (Shrek JR, As You Like It), Dance by Kiersten Penny (A Christmas Carol, Shrek JR), and Acting by Rachael Murphy (See Jane Run, As You Like It, Shrek JR).

Adult Resident Company will run on Thursday evenings from 6:15 to 8:15PM starting September 29th, 2022 and running for 8 consecutive weeks.

Participants will need to also be available for these dates for tech rehearsals and the performance: November 23rd-27th.

If necessary, a make-up class will be scheduled during regular class time the week of November 21st.

Registration is accepted on a "first come, first served" pending payment of Registration Fee.
