Before Chris Evans was "America's Ass", before Brie Larson was Captain Marvel, before Kieran Culkin was Roman Roy, way back when Anna Kendrick was still in the cafeteria of the Twilight Saga, Aubrey Plaza was still that kid from Parks and Rec, and Michael Cera was still that other kid from Arrested Development... there was this miracle of a movie. Follow Scott Pilgrim, your average 2010's awkward young adult from Canada, as he pursues his crush, Romona Flowers, and incidentally enters a gauntlet to defeat her 7 EVIL EXES! But what demons of insecurity, flawed relationship concepts, and burgeoning self-awareness will stand in his way? Spoiler alert: MANY. With dazzling action sequences, highly stylized sequences, and lightening fast quips this gem of a film is not to be missed.
