Application for Membership to the Highland Arts Theatre Association

We're seeking members for the Highland Arts Theatre Association for 2022!

The Highland Arts Theatre Association is a Not-for-Profit association dedicated to creating a year-round theatrical presence in the Sydney downtown core. We receive no government operational funding and have existed almost exclusively on ticket sales, which is hardly a sustainable model. In order to keep our ticket prices down, we are introducing a Membership drive which offers you perks and member privileges in return for an annual Membership Fee which will go towards the sustainability and building costs of the Highland Arts Theatre. 

Membership dues for 2022 Membership are $20. One member per due.

Privileges of Membership:

1. 10% off full price on select HAT performances not covered by Radical Access (Confidentials, HAT Academy Productions, Etc) (Rental shows/concerts not included.)

2. Voting rights to the society’s Annual General Meeting.

3. Opportunity to be nominated for the Board of Directors.

4. Public Membership Listing for 2022 on our website.

5. A monthly electronic newsletter featuring updates on HAT events (for Members and Radical Access Donors).

The Highland Arts Theatre Association is a not-for-profit, registered charity (82383 3181 RR0001) and receives no on-going government support. While your membership dues do not legally qualify as charitable giving, any additional donation you make will be eligible for a tax-deductible charitable receipt.

We are so excited to be making theatre in Sydney, but we need your help. For a small fee you can ensure we keep the doors open and the heat on through the winter (and you will pick up some sweet perks on the way!)

If you are not already signed up for monthly donations through Radical Access, we would be overjoyed if you would consider making an additional donation for the 2022 tax year.
